At Sababay Winery, an English-speaking guide introduces Bali’s tropical winemaking, leads you through the vineyard and production areas, then explains a selection of wines in an outdoor lounge or tasting room. Plan for 90 minutes to two hours, though the visit can feel much shorter. Tastings are for ages 17 and up.

At The Spa at The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah, you and your partner spend two hours in a private spa suite overlooking rice paddies. The ritual includes a welcome drink, foot cleansing, a 60-minute Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, an organic body scrub, then a rose-petal bath with sparkling wine and canapés.
Spend about three and a half hours with a private guide, starting at Uma Pakel Agro Tourism for coffee and tea tastings amid jungle greenery. Then head to Bresela, where a local farmer demonstrates coconut wine making in the rice fields. Pickup and drop-off are offered, and the 3 p.m. start suits an afternoon free for a short excursion.

Meet at the lobby of Dua Dari, a Residence by Hadiprana, then spend an hour on a wooden boat on the property’s lake. The private experience includes sandwiches, vegetable hummus dip, fruit, yoghurt granola, and a bottle of sparkling wine. An English- or Indonesian-speaking guide is available; transport and professional photography are not included.
