First, the activity did not begin at the scheduled 6:30 AM time. In reality, things didn’t start moving until closer to 7:00 AM. For those planning tightly timed itineraries or early morning commitments, this delay could be problematic. More importantly, I was surprised to learn after arriving that personal photography using cell phones was not allowed during the balloon ride. Instead, guests were directed to use a hired on-site photographer.…”
